Activation issues:

Why do I receive "Key is already used" message when I try to activate Mobiola Web Camera on the second PC?

Due to our end-user license agreement one activation key can be used once on a single PC. Once registered, the USER is granted a non-exclusive license to install and use this Software on one PC or one Mac computer. A valid license must be purchased for each computer on which the software is installed.

What should I do to install Mobiola Web Camera to my device?

Mobiola Web Camera automatically installs onto your device if you selected this option while during installation process on your PC. Alternatively, you can manually install the software onto your device. The installation package for your device is located within the application folder in Program Files folder.

When I try to activate the software I receive "There is no Internet connection available..." message. How can I register the software in this case?

Most probably you are behind the proxy or do not have Internet connection at all. In these cases you would need to proceed to offline activation mode:

  • Go to Start->Run
  • • Copy and paste there following command line (with inverted commas):
  • "C:\Program Files\Mobiola Web Camera 2 for S60 3rd Edition\btcam.exe" REGISTER - for Nokia devices
  • "C:\Program Files\Mobiola Web Camera for Blackberry\webcam.exe" REGISTER - for BlackBerry devices
  • "C:\Program Files\Mobiola Web Camera for Windows Mobile\webcam.exe" REGISTER - for WindowsMobile devices
  • "C:\Program Files\Mobiola Web Camera for UIQ 3\btcam.exe" REGISTER - for Sony Ericsson devices

We would need the hardware fingerprint number (hardware ID) from the dialog window that you will see after executing this command. Please send us your hardware fingerprint within Support Request Form along with your order details and we will generate a unique activation key for your PC.

If I registered Mobiola Web Camera with one device, can I use the application with additional devices?

According to our license - you can use one registered copy on one PC with multiple devices.

Technical Questions:

I can not establish BlueTooth/USB connection. What should I do?

You should make sure that your device is connected to your PC and PC Suite/ActiveSync/Desktop Manager can detect your device.


If your device is connected but you still have no connection please see the user guide within the desktop application (Help -> Help).

I have no video in my messenger (Skype, MSN, etc.). What should I do?

You should install the latest version of Mobiola Web Camera and set Mobiola Video Source as your messenger's video source as it shown in User Guide (“Using with messaging applications” tab).
