I purchased on the web site. I have 2 questions.

1: Do you have to purchase again from the app store in order to download the app?
2: Does the app run the voice, or do I use the website?
3: On the website, when I try to make calls from my Pre, the phone rings on the other end, but when they answer, they can't hear me, and when they call me, I push the OK button to answer, but the call does not answer. I am using Wi-Fi for my internet connection on the Pre.

Sorry for the delay in response.

1. You may use one copy of the IM+ Talk with one Skype name on WebOs devices.

2. IM+ Talk for WebOs is web-based application i.e. there are no files installed onto your device. It is used to make the connection between your callback number and the number (or Skype name) you call.

3. Please make sure you have specified the callback number correctly/ Please also check whether you have enough SkypeOut credits to make the call.
