How i can purchase and download IM+ for webos, i have paypal account, so where i can buy online or can you provide clear instruction how purchase this app. I`m from Lithuania (one of EU country).

IM+ for WebOS is distributed only in App Catalog. In case it is not available in your country, unfortunately there is no other way to purchase it.
