Install failed IM+

Hi I have a Palm Pixi and I have been trying download IM+ all day long. (I wanna use it for ICQ) My money are already taken but I can't install it! It hase been teling me that install failed!!!!! It's there some problem with that version? And what about my money?? Thank you!

Palm Pixi runs Web OS thus requires IM+ for WebOS, which is installed using App Catalog.
IM+ for Palm Os is not compatible with Palm Pixi
Is this App Catalog version you encounter difficulties with?
