At https:// plus.im click "Sign In", then "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions.

How can I do this? Do I really have to use the lost password function?

This is concerning the account on the website.

PS when can we finally login to our account on mobile?

IM+ Password Recovery

It's broken. I fill in my username (it happens to be my email) and it gives me this:

Sorry, can't find specified username in our database. Please choose another.

So there officially is no way to change your password :(

Sorry to hijack your topic, but I have added two different threads about the same sort of problem which the moderators seem to be ignoring, and have not approved to show on the board.

I also can lo longer log in for some reason, and the password reset also does not work.

If you want to try and grab those Meebo users now that they have shut down you are going to have to do better than this!

That's okay.

In the email I received it didn't state my username either, so don't worry about that. If I were you I'd try to password reset again, make sure you don't copy a space or enter or anything else with it.
