Known issues in IM+ for iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad

UPDATED on February 08, 2013.
Here we will keep you posted about known issues in IM+ for iOS.

* Skype does not connect from time to time or it takes too long to Skype.
Sorry for this inconvenience.
Our development team is working hard on improving this situation.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

* Skype: my contacts sometimes do not receive messages from me

* Skype: I can not connect with my MSN account
This functionality is not supported in IM+ yet, sorry.
We plan to support login to Skype with MSN account in future.

* VK.com: I can not see avatars for some of my contacts
Most probably this situation is caused by temporary issues on VKontakte server side.
Please check the situation in another messenger, e. g. Pidgin.
However in case you see avatars in Pidgin correctly, but still can not see them in IM+,
please submit a support request from IM+.

* VK.com: I am constantly getting authentication error and my password contains special symbols (e. g. !@#$%^&*()_+).
We are working on this issue and it will be resolved soon.
Meanwhile please change your password to a simple one (containing numbers and Latin letters only).

* iPad mini: I cannot see the input field in IM+ on my device, cannot see what I am typing.
This issue may occur on some versions of iOS on iPad mini devices and should be fixed in the latest iOS versions.
If you experience this issue on your iPad mini, please split your keyboard apart and then put it together again.
If the issue persists, please tap the keyboard icon with four horizontal dashes (tap on the dashes) and choose "Dock and Merge" option.

- Sometimes appears a black bar in restore mode and landscape mode.

sometimes in icq client , not correctly display status to other user from my contact list they see me as offline however i am staying onnline! Thank you!

Twitter duplicates are driving me crazy... the same message, over and over and over since mid-August! I need to turn off the account until we get the next update!

Hi, Victoria, My issue is related with IM+ 3.3 everytime I minimized the application and try to open it again close inmediately and then after try open it again tell me a message that aplication was shut down incorrectly something like that and to hit NO or YES to send issue to support team. I have Iphone 3G with OS 3.0 What could be the problem and the solution to fix it? I delete the app restart iphone then installing again from itunes and everytime I have same problem the restoring thing dont show up and crash the app I have too much contacts on WIndows Live Messenger like 900 contacts also I use facebook and Skype in the accounts. I think maybe something related with time that your server wait to make restoring of the account like time request I dont know. I will post you the log file from my error. Thanks

Please try to remove your accounts from IM+ (More / Accounts/ Edit), then remove IM+ and reinstall it again.

Please try to remove your accounts from IM+ (More / Accounts/ Edit), then remove IM+ and reinstall it again.
and continue close or crash the application, this happen I open IM+ all account are nice then minimize it with push notification ON always, then in couple minutes try to open IM+ again and the restoring not appear and IM+ close or crash always what I could do to solve this issue??? Thanks

I would recommend you to try these means:
1) Update your iPhone's OS to 3.1, then reinstall IM+;
2) Wait for IM+ update 3.4 (under Apple Review now).
