Known issues in IM+ for iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad

I am having an irritating issue: The username of some people that IM me are displayed as numbers in my inbox AND in the Apple Push Notification...such as "1320019335" (that one was from facebook). On top of that, the Avatar used is not linked to anything and so small I cannot see who it is supposed to be.
Any help with this?

I am using 3.5 on an iPhone 3GS with 3.1.2 OS. I also have the issue where all push tones sound like the standard SMS tone. I have set my SMS tone to one of the others so it's only IM+ that comes through with this tone.

It would be nice if the tone reflected the tones you have selected within the IM+ application.

Changing Push notification sound is not supported. We will check if this is possible.

IM+ had a specific push sound in the past, so it is possible. Also my ebay app has its own sound notification as well.

Custom sounds for Push notifications will be available in the 3.7 version of IM+.

This may happen if you login / logoff to often. Just wait for half and hour and try to connect once more.
