All accounts keep connecting, but never connect

My im+ worked great for a long period, sometimes crashed, but it was never annoy me, so i never submit the report. But then suddenly from last week or so, I can't connect to all my account anymore (msn, yahoo, skype). It says 'connecting' but it never succeed. I have my yahoo with mail notification, sometimes I got the mail notification (so half of it works), and sometimes I got the push of a new chat message, but everytime I try to open the im+, the account still just 'connecting', I haven't been able to see my message which I got the push a few days ago. I tried to send the log on support page, but I think that your website is banned in China (where I live) or something, it just won't open. Any suggestions what I should do? I did tried to reinstall the app, readd the accounts, restart the ipad. Your help is greatly needed, thanks.

We are aware of some issues that our China users may experience.
We suspect those issues are caused by "Great China Firewall"

Hopefully connection issues will be solved in the nearest future.

I'm in Canada and im experiencing a similar issue, where it connects most of the time but sometimes I also get stuck in the "connecting" phase and sometimes have to force close and reopen it (most of the time it fixes it but not always)

Please submit the support request from the application right after the issue happens.

Our support team will analyze your connection logs and advise you further.
