Hi victoria i dont have my avatar or display picuture since the last three days only appear the I'm icon please check it thanks.

Please try to remove your MSN account from the application and then add it once again.

I do it and same issue dont appear my picture, only appear the IM ICON

does this mean this problem is on your servers side?

Because it's the same problem here to me, it used to work smoothly but since yesterday all I can see is the IM+ Icon for my avatar. (chat partners can not see any avatar pic)

Yes, this issue occurred on our gate servers. We are working on the fix.

My avatar worked yesterday but today same problem again, only Im+ logo (for information to keep on fixing this issue)

Is the avatar available for IM+lite? I am not getting my avatar it seems. The only thing I see in my messages is the IM+ logo?

Its working for MSN to MSN accounts but MSN to yahoo... no avatar... is it supposed to be that way?

MSN/Yahoo! communication within MSN account profile is not yet full-functional. Our development team is working on the update.
