If IM+ crashes

Hi, version 4.2 is not working for me. The app not open and crash, Please fix it. I have 3G with 4.0.

Even though I've installed version 4.2 running on OS 4.0, on an iPhone 3GS, the application won't work most of the time. It just says "connecting" and it stays like this for ever. Prior to OS 4, the app used to work just fine
I am so very disappointed because IM+ is my favorite client for messenger and I used to use it the most.
I did try to reinstall it several times, but for no good.
Could you please gimme some advice? Or maybe the problem is on your end...

We have fixed most of crash reasons and submitted new version 4.2.1 to AppStore.

If IM+ crashes in the same situation, sending one crash report is enough.

I updated to iOS4 on my ipod touch 2g everything worked fine for a few day now it lets me get messages but i cant even log into the app without it crashing and sending me back to home. sometimes it even turns the ipod completely off. Im seriously starting to hate this app I wish i never bought it and I want my money back for this garbage. I could understand if its once or maybe twice every so often but every freaking time i try and even use it?! Unacceptable I will never spend money on another shapeservices app again unless this problem can be corrected.

Good morning. I am running version 4.2.1 and i am getting crashes every time i open the program. Some times it will actually hard reset my iPhone 3G and it will take 5 minutes for the phone to reboot. This only happens with IM+ and not with any of my other applications.

I have sent a few crash reports but i haven;t been able to do it every time as the program usually crashes before i can get the browser to load...

I want to avoid reinstalling as i do not want to lose my conversations.....

If IM+ crashes frequently, it is recommended to reinstall it first of all.

Ever since this latest version of IM+ 4.3, it has NEVER RUN! It starts up with the opening screen, hangs for a while, exits with no error messages or any other indication that it ever ran at all. I have since then loaded IM+ Lite and while that works, it does not support my Skype which I needed, and is full of annoying ads.

Please reload the old version on the App Store (and pretend that it is a new version) so we can reload and get on with our lives. This new version is too buggy and should be rejected. All the other older versions of IM+ have always worked but have had minor problems here and there, but it has been at least useful!
