Online Contacts Showing As Offline

I am currently having issues with my IM+ app on my iPhone 3GS. My online contacts are all showing as offline. It happened when I was out, and connected to 3G. I received 2 of the same PUSH notifications on IM+ MSN, and when I loaded IM+ it appeared that the contact was offline. I had done a check, back home on my desktop with several different MSN accounts, and found that my online contacts appeared appropriately on the computer, but not with IM+ 3.4. I paid for this app, and it isn't working. I tested it on Wi-Fi as well.

Specs:
Carrier: Rogers
Hardware: iPhone 3GS (with latest firmware)
IM Software Vers: IM+ 3.4
Connection During Error: 3G

Please try to reproduce the issue and then please send us your IM+ log file selecting "I have another question" option under More / About / Support. Your IM+ log file will be automatically attached to your Support Request. Please make sure to post the link to this thread into issue description.

I've done so under the app's support request feature. I have been unsuccessful at reproducing the error, and I'm not sure if a log was successfully attached to my support ticket. I am currently still unable to see my online contacts correctly. I'm completely unaware of how the problem was produced. All I know is that when I when I checked my PUSH message, it was already occurring. I then received the same PUSH message afterwards, and came to realization that there was an issue with my IM+.

I've received no error messages or notifications that there were any corruption of data or results of a crash.

Please find my support request or a similar 1 in nature, and fix the problem ASAP. I am awaiting to use my purchase.

EDIT:
The problem has seemed to resolve itself, but I'm not sure for how long. Thanks again. I can now see my contacts properly.
