[Help] IM+ pro 10.1.1 do not display menu

My blackberry is Bold 9780 and OS version is 6.0.0.723. To day when i login IM+ and i want to add a new yahoo account, the menu do not show when i press menu key. I tried remove and re-install im+ but it's not fixed. Pls give me an solution for this error.

Have you installed «Multi Copy Paste» application recently?
If yes, please uninstall it and let us know about the results.

I'm also experiencing this problem. I'm using implus 10.1.2 on my bb 9300. I've noticed this problem after I updated my OS to version 6 bundle 2921. Another problem I've noticed is that I can not switch it to push. Hope you can help me with this problem. Thanks.

wacroque, do I also understand correctly that «Multi Copy Paste» application is not installed on your device as well?

Another problem I've noticed is that I can not switch it to push.

Could you please let us know some more details about this situation?
What actions do you perform step-by-step?
What do you get as a result?
Do you receive any error messages?

I'm not sure. Can you tell me how I would know if I have multi copy paste on my device?

Regarding the switch to push, when I press the escape button, it will prompt me to switch to push, to background, close all, or cancel right? When I press the switch to push, I just get the waiting sign( the circle animation at the middle)...and that's it. It doesn't finish.

I just saw the multi copy paste app in appworld. So to answer your question, no I don't have that app installed on my device.

wacroque, could you please try to uninstall IM+ completely on your device and reinstall it again?
