Unable to connect to MSN

Hi,

I'm having a trouble with the IM plus. I have the 9.01 version and when I get connected at home, I have no trouble and get on line for the MSN service.

but when I try to get connected at work I have the message "Conection to MSN server failed. Please wait for reconnection" and doesn't go online.
the common explanation is that the port 1863 is close at work, but I have researched this issue and it is not the problem, because it is open, because everyone get connected with their own laptop to MSN.

I want to ask you about this issue to know if there's something that I'm passing by on the connection. Do you have any idea what is going wrong on this problem!?

This situation requires more thorough investigation.

Please go to Settings / Advanced and check "Enable logging".
Then the log file will be created to record all your work with application.

Close IM+, then restart it again, reproduce the issue and send us the log file
You can find the log file connecting your phone to computer using the file manager.
Please send the log right after the issue has occurred and before the new start of the application.

Are you using the latest version of the application?
We had a major upgrade released since your last request.
