nokia n97 mini S60v5

hi,

I'm french, and I bought on OVI store IM+ S60v5 but it's only the version 8.08

After installing, i can't lauch the application IM+ at all.

So i decided to install the new version 8.1 by browering on my phone at wap.shapeservices.com (i manage to lauch it after installing !!) but now the application asks me a licence code.

I don't have this licence code because i bought on OVI Store there is 3 weeks ago. I only have the serial number (displayed in the details of this application) which are too long when i tried to enter it as licence code...

So what must i do ? Please help me !!

In case you have purchased from OVI you can install only the compilations provided by OVI.
In this case the license you have will be registering the application you receive.

Hi,

I am also having the issue with the version I downloaded from OVI after purchase. The one I downloaded says "This version of the software is canceled, please download the latest from shapeservices.com". However the one I download from the shapeservices site asks for license code foe registration which I do not have from nokia OVI (All I have is the receipt number).

How do I get a license code ?

I bought it on last Friday (30th Apr 2010).

Hello,

I have also the same problem. After I did buy after trial period the software in OVI store, donloaded official version and get now the message "This version of the software is canceled, please download the latest from shapeservices.com" I did do so, but then I'm also asked to enter license Key.
In my answer mail from OVI store, about bought software, I don't have a key.

How could You help me?

Hi guys,

with my Nokia 5230 I have the same issue. Purchased and downloaded the latest Nokia OVI store version (8.08) which pointed me to this web page. Here I found the newest version (8.15) which updated my installed version without any problems. Now a prompt asks me for a license code. :-(

Please note that OVI has special compilation as it uses its own license system.
If you purchased the application from OVI, IM+ should be only installed from OVI, not from our site.

Sure, but why the app pointed to this site to download the newest version?
I bought the app, but I can't use it because it says: Registration - This version of software has been cancelled. Download the new one from www.shapeservices.com
So it is easy for you to say its an OVI fault but be honest, then please remove this message from the app to avoid this kind of complains.

In case you have notification of cancellation of the version, you need to contact OVI for this.
We are not providing the version stating it is cancelled.
