Q: IM+ crashes on start after update.
A: Please remove the application from your device and re-install it from Microsoft Marketplace.

Q: Why scrolling of contact list is so slow?
A: This is a known issue. We are working on improving IM+ performance.

Q: What is the difference between free and Pro versions?

Free version is ad-supported and Pro version does not have ads.

Q: Push / Toast notifications do not work.

Q: Cannot connect via wireless carrier network
There is a known issue that IM+ users cannot connect via these networks:
Telstra (Australia)
Vodacom (South Africa)
Etisalat (UAE)
