Chat history length?

Hello!

I have IM+ Pro on my iPod Touch, chat history has been enabled from the first day i purchased the app, and remains enabled still. I had a chat session yesterday which i need to review now. However, only the last part of the session is shown on my device (pretty much as it did for the lite version). Where is the rest of it?

Also, when i access IM+ Web i don't see any chat history from my session yesterday.

Please specify whether you are able to see earlier messages in history, for instance, those which were sent/received prior to the conversation in question?

i have a problem also with skype chat history on my iphone... ive enabled history but when i finish the conversation all i get left with is the last part of the conversation not the whole thing.... how can i see the whole thing? also when i log into implus on my computer i dont see anything not even the last part

isabitton@gmail.com, if you use IM+ Pro, please make sure you have enabled the history saving fr your account in IM+.
To enable history please in IM+ go to "Settings" - "chat history" and tap "Enable history".
Then go to "Accounts", choose you account and switch on the "Chat history" switch.

Please note that IM+ for iPhone Lite doesn't support chat history saving.
