Hello all,

Everything is in the title : I have bought the full version of IM+ but it is still detected as a illegal version.

Maybe it was coming because at first, i was wanting to test it before purshase.

Please can you put me off of the blacklist members ?

Please remove current IM+ version from iPhone and all iTunes copies you synchronize your iPhone with.
Then please reinstall IM+ downloading it from AppStore.

No, it doesn't work

- I have remove IM+ from the springboard : the folder in var/mobile/application was deleted
- I have reboot
- I re-install it from itunes of my iphone but the problem is the same

"your im+ installation has been identified as illegal"

I haven't syncronize from itune of my PC

Please what can I do ???

With this done, please install the application from AppStore application on your iPhone.
Please let us know about the results.

I have done it but the result is the same ...

Can you tell me all the files I have to delete in my iPhone when I uninstall IM+ ?

We are not able to assist you with this issue as it is actually out of our scope.
We would suggest you to restore your iPhone to official 3.1.2 iPhone OS and then install the application using iTunes on your PC / AppStore on your iPhone.

You tell me to restore but you are not sure that it will be working ?

You are the developpers and you don't know which files I have to delete for using my IM+ ?

I am really disappointed of your answer !!!

There must be another solution for my problem ?

I was sure that all files related of IM+ was deleted of my iPhone : It don't work so it comes from you !

I don't understand why you don't want to help me ... I have bought your App and you don't want to put me off the blacklist : WHY ?
