I've done so under the app's support request feature. I have been unsuccessful at reproducing the error, and I'm not sure if a log was successfully attached to my support ticket. I am currently still unable to see my online contacts correctly. I'm completely unaware of how the problem was produced. All I know is that when I when I checked my PUSH message, it was already occurring. I then received the same PUSH message afterwards, and came to realization that there was an issue with my IM+.
I've received no error messages or notifications that there were any corruption of data or results of a crash.
Please find my support request or a similar 1 in nature, and fix the problem ASAP. I am awaiting to use my purchase.
The problem has seemed to resolve itself, but I'm not sure for how long. Thanks again. I can now see my contacts properly.
