IM+ Connecting

Ever since the last update, my IM+ takes forever to restore and connect. Anyone else having this problem? As I sit here writing this now from my iPhone, it's been saying "connecting" for exactly 13 minutes. I'm at home on a fully functioning wifi connection.

What gives?

i have that problem 2=\ my internet connection is good but i don't know why it can't connect=\

on the subject of the last update..

I, at times have that trouble with connecting seeming to take forever. Especially after it bombs on me

But the most irritating thing I have found since the last update is my iPad IM+ Pro V5.2 continues to fatal bomb every day several times. I have tried re-installing like is mentioned in the report bug page reply. But to no avail. I have reported the bug several times.

Is anyone else having their iPad version bombing???

It seems to happen when I tap on the top contact who is online. Sometimes if I long press it does not happen, but does bomb too. Just not as often. It is happening so often I may have to consider another iPad IM alternative until they get this fixed. I love my IM+ Pro.. it has a few more bells and whistles I want, but it is good for the most part.

Version 5.3 I have not had problems with.... Thanks for the update

There were temporary connection difficulties on our side last week. They are fixed already.
If you still encounter any connection difficulties, please submit us a support request from IM+ "About".
