Can't log OUT of IM+!

Hi -- My status has remained online through IM+ for days, though I repeatedly changed it to "offline" and finally in desperation deleted the application from my iPhone all together. Still, friends see me as online; the messages pile up; and when I log into gmail/gchat elsewhere and try to change my status to invisible it says "Oops! You are not invisible because you're logged into Google Talk from another client, device, or location that doesn't support invisibility".

Please send us a support request from IM+ selecting More / About / Support / "I have another question" from the menu.

I'm having this same issue; I've already submitted a request for help through the app so you have a log file. Is this a common issue? Do many people get this behavior, and is there a known fix?

It's quite a rare problem. There is no known fix yet.
We will check your log and advise you.

It's NOT a rare problem as I am facing this issue as well.
FYI I am WM6.5 and the same crap occurs.
Uninstalling IM+ does nothing to fix it and even changing the password is no help.
Using a different chat program like Nimbuzz does not allow me to log into gtalk/gchat since I CANNOT LOG OUT FROM IM+ EVER.

This situation requires more thorough investigation.

Please follow these steps:
1. In IM+ please go to Main\Settings\Other and enable "Create a log file" option.
2. Try to reproduce the situation (connect in IM+, connect in another Google Talk messenger, connect in IM+ again).
3. Exit the application.
4. Find the <implus.log> file on your device in Application Data\IMPLus folder and send it to us.

Hi,

I am facing a problem with my session. I have been logged into the IM+ Server (which sends outs push notifications) for a couple of days. No matter how many times I log out from my the IM+ app on my iphone and iPad, my session never terminates (until the session timeout is reached). I was logged out of the session when the timeout happened; however, the same problem arises when I log into my gtalk account using IM+ app.

This is extremely frustrating, as I am not able to change my status message or log out. It's always online and even even if all my accounts in IM+ are offline and disabled, I keep on receiving the push notification, because of my active session on the IM+ server.

Please help me resolve this problem. I have been receiving tons of IMs.

Hi - I'm having the same problem. It seems to me that it's a problem on the IM+ server. It keeps me signed in all the time. If i lose my Internet connection and then reconnect, all of a sudden I get lots of old messages sent to me. Usually each line is repeated 2 or 3 times. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I hope this can be fixed soon, it is very, very inconvenient.
