Move IM+ Pro on a new device

Hello,
some day ago I bought IM+ Pro for my Blackberry 9300 using App World; now I got a new phone (a 9360) then I neeed to move there program & licence but I don't have the key.
wrote to your support service that answered that my email is unknown (???).
I have emails from PayPal and App World that confirm the transaction with my email address.
Can you help me please?

I am sorry that your e-mail did not come through.
Please check the e-mail address: it should be support (at) shapeservices (dot) com

As you have purchased the license from Blackberry AppWorld,
you may find your license code opening "Blackberry AppWorld" application
on your Blackberry and logging into "My World".
List of applications you have purchased will be displayed.
Click on application's name to open up application details.
You may find your license code on this screen.

If you cannot find a license there, please send us the following additional information:

1. your Blackberry OS version as of purchase date;
2. your wireless carrier and country;
3. your Blackberry IMEI;
4. date of purchase.

The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity)
number can be displayed on most phones by pressing *#06#.
Usually, the IMEI number is also printed on the compliance plate under the battery.

Also please forward us the original e-mail from BlackBerry App World with order notification.

Hello Olga,
I'm a newbie of the Blackberry world.
Yestersday a friend suggested to use Blackberry Desktop Software to move your program from old to new device. I done it, and now is OK but... Desktop Software also moved some incompatible program & phone setting (old uses OS 6.0 and new OS 7.0).
Strange thing, now i see IM+ Pro in the download folder, and I can run it without any problem, BUT My World tells that is uninstalled.
Can I tell to phone to reinstall?
