Dear Team,

Version 10.0.0 has been the best you ever produced. In fact I didn't face any major issue at all, except for a scroll issue in the history menu. But that was negligible! And perhaps a little extra battery use.

Finally there was a working version.

And then came v10.1 !!!

Am honestly not in the mood of first deleting, then cleaning, then installing, then configuring all my accounts and then as another user reported - face issues in minutes or hours.

Will skip that and hope that a good stable version comes from Shape Services, which I don't have to update for a long time and get to use true multi-platform chat on my blackberry!

(please use "Download IM+ Pro" or "Download IM+ Free" option)

In this version the issue with startup after update is fixed.

Now that IM Plus does open, it continuously keeps reconnecting!

And hence I again cease to use this program

Please restart autoconfigurator from IM+ Settings / Connection.
If the issue persists, please submit us a new support request selecting "Help" / "Support&About".
Your log file will be attached automatically to your request.
We will investigate your log file and advise further.

Thanks that worked!

IM Plus really works well, finally :)

Just two more issues that I notice, and I hope you can fix issue 1 the most.

1) Battery drain - is there anyway you can optimise the software to consume less battery. I loose my phone in half the time. And I wouldn't like to use push mode. Please find a solution for this - and your app will be the best!

2) I can't scroll the text area where I have typed using my trackpad - when i write many lines into a conversation and want to see exactly what did i write before sending the message, i just cannot scroll using the trackpad.

Please address the above issues (without bringing any new issues to the functioning app)! And as a thank you, I have purchased a new licence for my other phone too.

Did I understand correctly that with previous IM+ versions your battery lived longer?
We will check this situation on our side.

The issue with text scroll is a known one. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Nope, battery life was always bad with IMplus running.

This should be addressed in the next major version (without bringing any new errors)

Please note that Push to device option was implemented especially to help save your battery life.
In case IM+ is running all the time, it requires to exchange data, which consumes quite a lot of battery power.
In how long does your battery get drained with IM+ running?

i am facing this above issue since version 10 release ; its really annoying me and waiting long time to get fix.. please do fix this issue asap
