Chat window display group name in MSN for every conversation

I see the group name and MSN instead of seing my contacts name when i have a group chat window open..

so instead of seing "melanie" for exemple i see her under the group "girls" for aim

or intead of seing "mike" when i talk on msn i see "MSN" in my chat window

so in my window bar i cant tell whos talking to me because theyre all called MSN or aim group names..

The Official MSN Live Messenger group chat can display the member name in chat window, but IM+ just can display the messeger host name and the group name during group chat, any other people's name just displayed as the group name.

We could not reproduce the situation on our side for now.

Could you please submit the support request from the application after the issue reoccurs and also provide our support team with the screenshots illustrating the issue?

I uploaded the screenshot to a web link, and I'm using Chinese to chat, not sure you guys can understand the content, but I tried to mark all point I mention above.

For now we could not reproduce the described issue.

Please submit the support request from the application so that we could analyze the logs.

I tried, but I can't open the website in application, what i did : click [settings] in IM+, and then I tried [INFO]->[FAQ] and [Feedback], but both of them are pop-up an error message:[Cannot open requested page. please check your internet connection].

But my wireless is fine, I can browse other website without any issue.

Please specify whether you can use the browser embedded into IM+.

embedded browser doesn't work either. I think my ISP has blocked the website. I'll try to use a proxy to visit later.

I've reported this issue in application [Feedback] by using a proxy on my iPad.
what else I need to do now to submit the log or just wait for the feedback?
