IM+ Upgrade for Palm WebOS 1.4?? WHEN???

I paid $9.99 for the Palm Pre version. Looks like it'll be fun to use, but I can't get it to work. After I add the appropriate accounts (AOL and Yahoo IM), I can't get the chat list to load on the main screen. The Accounts and Chat buttons are there. The status selection circle is there. The circular loading indicator keeps spinning though, and the main screen area remains blank. What do I need to do to get it to work? I DO NOT receive any kind of error message.

bought im+ in the app catalog and i see no contact list after i add all my accounts =[ im using a palm pixi

When I purchased this app it worked fine -- until I upgraded my Palm Pre Plus to WebOS 1.4. After the WebOS 1.4 upgrade, it stopped working. No chat window, can't receive or send. But it does connect to the network. All other features are gone rendering the app useless.

I've been a loyal customer for many years - since the Treo I had years ago, and recently the BB Curve. I have faith that at some point you will provide a working app. If this had a been a free or beta app, I think we can be patient. But you've collected money, we deserve at least a better explanation than "our developers are working on a solution." Talk to us. Tell us where you are in the development fix process. Offer your app for free while it doesn't work. Keeping us posted by email or here at least tells us you haven't forgotten about us loyal customers. Please don't disappoint.

thank you, i think the problem is the new webos 1.4 it probably works for previous versions, just needs to be updated for webos1.4 i gues =]

This could be my problem, I'm WebOS 1.4. Still doesn't make me happy at all.

I agree completely. this app worked fine before and now on webOS1.4 It barely works at all. the most aggravating thing is it will not save the account information.
I am having second thoughts about this program and the cost.
You have my money, now fix the problem......
