don't know if anyone else is having this problem VERY FRUSTRATING!!! But I have to re enter my account information every time I go into IM+ now. There are no error codes generated I exit come back and all my account information is gone, restart the phone same thing.
I deleted my backup and doctored the phone same thing. This seems to have started on this last Sunday. Also submitted a trouble ticket on this on Sunday evening did not get a response so submitted another one tonight. Hope to get some type of a response by tomorrow.
webos version is 1.4 I am on Sprint
