Still no response from tech support on this not even an acknowledgment that the tech support ticket was recieved very very bad customer support 6 days on the first trouble ticket and 3 days on the second.

DUE TO THE TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON THE WEBOS APP STORE I HAVE CHANGED MY REVIEW TO NEGATIVE AND HAVE DOCUMENTED THE 100% LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT HERE. I WILL ALSO BE SUBMITING A COMPLAINT TO PALM AND HOPEFULLY YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE REMOVED. HECK YOU SHOULD REMOVE IT TILL YOU COME UP WITH A COMPATIBLE VERSION THAT WORKS WITH WEBOS 1.4. TO NOT DO SO IS VERY DISHONEST.
