look, you guys need to reproduce the error on your own. troubleshooting is a support function. you need to fix this issue ASAP. and its not rare am finding posts about it everywhere.

Even though I am pushing the "Offline" button I know that I am still on Google Chat. When I got to gmail.com I see that I am still logged on, and when I try to sign off it says, "Oops! You are not invisible because you're logged into Google Talk from another client, device, or location that doesn't support invisibility." I'm assuming this means that IM+ Lite didn't actually sign me off. I've been Online (with the green light on) for a little over 4 days. I keep on getting messages from people, even though on IM+ Lite it says that I am Offline. Can someone help me finally sign off? I've had this app for months and didn't have this problem until this past week.

hello.

I am having the same issue. I have been signed onto IM+ for 5 days now. Even wehn I try to sign off it wont let me. I cant change my status anymore. Please help.

this doesnt seem fixed. I've been logged in for 5+ days now and i've tried to sign off from IM+. Other users see me as 'online' and with a status message that I've tried to chang eover and over. Please fix this issue.

I am also having the same problem
i am unable to logout from im+
i changed my GTALK password but still its on and everyone are able to send msgs to me
how can that be possible when i changed my password even.
Please kindly help to remove this problem from my iphone

For all those who are still experiencing log out problem:
Please remove your IM accounts from the application, then re-install it using AppStore application on your device.
