Have you tried removing applications from multitasking, then re-installing IM+ from AppStore on your device, rebooting your device and launching IM+ after the reboot?

Look I get a crash almost everyday. I have sent report after report. I've followed all your guidelines on trying to dissolve the problem. My case is obviously not going to correct itself by soft reset, uninstall reinstall, or bycontinuing sending reports. I use this app atleast sixteen hours of the day to communicate with family. Which is why I purchased this app years ago. But there is no more notifications and countless crashes. Do we as consumers have some time line when a stable release will be availible. I have praised your app for so long but come on. Im knowledgable above the average user when it comes to technology. I know what's behind developing applications and have patients for changes. But the way Apple pushes updates; getting versions out there can be less painful than a traditional update. Your demographic for the app being used does not want to spend all day reading a forum to figure out a work a round. Outside of not having notifications and multiple crashes your app still tops the charts in my opinion over the competition. So developers continue to produce great products but get those updates out quicker for this market.

Would you please send us a report each time a crash happens? This will help us to troubleshoot this situation.
If you experience connection difficulties, please send us a support request from IM+ "More" / "About" / "Support" / "I have another question". We will investigate logs and advise you.

My IM+ has crashed many many times. I find it happens when I am typing quickly or when I receive a lot of messages in a short time.

Sorry for the inconveniences.
Most of crashing issues have been worked out in the upcoming 4.5 version of IM+.

Im + lite crashes every 10 minutes or so when i chat with my friends.. Its always very slow before it crashes. Can i do anything about this? Its very annoying, i lose my conversations everytime it crashes :(

IM does not make any sound ad all and when i push the sound button (on/off) the programm stops....?

Now it released. And it crashed like normal. (Yes it is normal behavior for this App since 3.0.)

I begin to tired sending the report every time it crashed. It is the most frequent crash iPhone/iPad app ever.

If you can eliminate crashes, IM+ will be the best of IM apps in the world.
Remember Apple users want the app to be "just works" not "rich features".

This case requires individual investigation.
We have received 3 reports from your email address (which you have used for registration on this forum): v.3.0, June 9, 2009, version 4.1, June 11, 2010, version 4.6, December 1, 2010. This is not enough for troubleshooting the issue. Would you please send us some more reports? Or maybe you have sent more reports using another email address?
