Known issues in IM+ for iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad

Any idea of an ETA for 3.5? I'd like to downgrade to 3.3 but that's a bit of a hassle...

I've also noticed with v3.4 that Facebook just won't sign itself out even when I tell IM+ to go offline, or if I reboot the phone - I keep getting push notifications (highly frustrating).

Please send us a support request from IM+ when this happens. You may send a support request "More" / "About" / "Support" / "I have another question".

I've compared IM+ with Beejive and features aside, Beejive wins hands-down with application load speed. Is this something that IM+ would be able to improve on? That's one thing that's making me want to change over to the dark side...

IM+ v.3.5 will load much faster.

..and please make finally to stay on during time specified. Skype is going offline very quick. I keep always checking thorugh my another Skype account whether I`m still off or online. Asked friend of mine to take a look at least 1h whether I`m always online on FB. He reported that I was sometimes on and sometimes off. bear in mind that during this test I did not touch IM+ at all. Skype test, well...offline, unless I reopen IM+ and "load long reconnect"

We have had to make Skype Push session shorter (about 1 hour) due to technical reasons.

Sorry, we really don't know. Apple promises to review submitted applications within a week, but sometimes it may take much longer.

Bugs at v 3.4 (using iPhone 3GS v3.1.2)
- When I run the IM+ with none of the account is initially turned on, I enable my MSN account, but the IM+ doesn't react with it. I need to reboot the application and only then it will start to signing in
- When I am switch from/to landscape mode, sometimes a black bar will appear and it will cut my screen off by half. I need to reboot the application and only then it can be restored
- When I received a message, sometimes I choose to close it and not view it. And, after some time, I wanted to see the message. But when I try to open the message when there is no Internet connection at that point of time. The message can't be retrieved even after the Internet connection is back. The message will basically just gone.

- When IM+ is on 50% off, my friends and colleagues are buying the application after I had recommended it, but there is one problem which is the message tones are all the same. Can we have more option for the message tones as if you placed all the phones at the table during eating, you can't differentiate which phone is receiving the message.

P.S : When the auto-correction feature is corrected, please let the user turn off the auto-correction as not all people are using English, it is irritating for me as I am using Bahasa Indonesia.

Can't you go into settings on your iPhone and go to general then keyboard and shut off auto correction from there?

After turning on your account please go to Status tab and select "Online" or any other status.

This is a known issue, which will be fixed in 3.5.

Yes. We are working on more new tones. They will be customizable in further versions.

You may turn on / off auto-correction in iPhone settings under "General" / "Keyboard".

Block /Unblock feature is under development. As for group management features, we do not plan to add them in the nearest future.

As for voice chat, we investigate this possibility.
As for video chat - how do you imagine this on iPhone? It will be possible only when frontal camera is added.

This feature sounds interesting, but there is a technical difficulty. How will it work in Push mode? It will not be possible to refresh this information while IM+ is not running. So the same song will get stuck.
