1. Current IM+ for Skype for BlackBerry version is 4.5.1. Make sure you have the latest version installed on your BlackBerry. Remember all updates are free for registered users.

2. If you got another Blackberry, upgraded your OS or reinstalled IM+ for Skype, please register with the same license code again.

3. If you receive an error message on your BlackBerry, please send your support request right from the apllication installed on your handheld. (Online Help)
