This application turns your iPhone into mobile jeadset, so you can listen the music, hear alerts and sounds or talk by VoIP from your computer directly using you iPhone.
Mobiola Headset for iPhone consists of two parts – for iPhone and for your Desktop Computer. iPhone application will simply connect you to Desktop Computer using Wi-Fi connection. Desktop part also adds new sound drivers to your system – these drivers are required in order to use Mobiola Headset for iPhone. The drivers allow you not only use Headset with any VoIP application (such as Skype), but simply turn you iPhone into mobile speakers.
First install clients on your iPhone and desktop. Open Desktop part and then open iPhone application. iPhone application should connect automatically and “Request for authorization” should appear on your Desktop. You should choose whether you want to “Always Allow”, “Allow” or “Deny” connection of your iPhone. If you select “Always Allow”, Mobiola Headset will not ask you again for authorization, in case you select “Allow”, authorization will pass this time only, but next time you try to connect, you will see this message again. "Deny" will not allow connection, so you will not be able to use Mobiola Headset.
If you are unable to connect, please follow this small guide:
Desktop part:
1. [Desktop] Open Mobiola Headset and go to Settings menu.
2. [Desktop] Here you will see Computer name, IP and Connection Port.
3. [Desktop] In case you can not connect your iPhone to Desktop, please check:
4. [Desktop] In “access list” menu you will find information about iPhone devices which are allowed to connect.
Please check the following:
iPhone Part:
1. [iPhone] Go to Service List Menu pressing small button
2. [iPhone] In Service List Menu you should check if your Computer is available for connect. In case your computer is not on the list, you can enter Computer IP and Connection Port manually.
Desktop part:
1. [Desktop] Open Mobiola Headset and go to Info menu.
2. [Desktop] Here you will see IP and Connection Port.
3. [Desktop] In case you can not connect your iPhone to Desktop, please check:
iPhone Part:
1. [iPhone] Go to Service List Menu pressing small button
2. [iPhone] In Service List Menu you should check if your Computer is available for connect. In case your computer is not on the list, you can enter Computer IP and Connection Port manually.
Most likely, you can not hear any sound because you are using your default sound drivers. You have several options here:
1. Change Windows default sound driver to “Mobiola Wave Audio Device” in your computer’s Settings / Control Panel / Sound. This will make your iPhone a remote speaker for your computer. You will hear any sounds, alerts, music etc.
2. Or you can set specific settings for one (or several) application. To do it, you should change driver to “Mobiola Audio Device” in application of your choice itself. E.g.
By doing this you will set up your iPhone like a wireless Headset for specific application.
Most likely, you can not hear any sound because you are using your default sound devices. You have several options here:
1. Change Mac OS default sound Output and Sound Effects to “Mobiola Headphone” in your computer’s System Preferences / Sound. This will make your iPhone a remote speaker for your computer. You will hear any sounds, alerts, music etc.
In order to use your iPhone as remote micropnone for your Mac change your default Input device to Mobiola Microphone
2. Or you can set specific settings for one (or several) application. To do it, you should change Audio output to "Mobiola Headphone" and Audio input to "Mobiola Microphone" in application of your choice itself. E.g.
By doing this you will set up your iPhone like a wireless Headset for specific application.
We recommend using Connection Ports in range from 49152 to 65535 with Mobiola Headset for iPhone.

Mobiola Headset stores all yours recordings on your Desktop. The location of files depends on your operation system. By default it is:

And you can always open the folder by clicking correspondent icon in Mobiola Headset from Desktop application
