Yes, you can download and install new version of Mobiola Screen Capture for free, registration information will be preserved during the installation even if you have previously uninstalled the outdated version.
Due to our end-user license agreement one activation key can be used once on a single PC. Once registered, the USER is granted a non-exclusive license to install and use this Software on one PC or one Mac computer. A valid license must be purchased for each computer on which the software is installed.
Mobiola Screen Capture automatically installs onto your device if you selected this option while during installation process on your PC. Alternatively, you can manually install the software onto your device. The installation package for your device is located within the application folder in Program Files folder. Please note that BlackBerry devices do not need client files.
Most probably you are behind the proxy or do not have Internet connection at all. In these cases you would need to proceed to offline activation mode:
